How returns work
If Writer isn’t for you or you bought it by mistake, please take a look at the refunds and cancellation policies for different platforms.
1. Subscription
Android: Cancellations for Android subscriptions are solely handled by Google via the Play Store. Find out more about cancelling subscriptions.
Subscriptions to Writer are not available for iPad, iPhone, Mac, and Windows.
2. Purchase
Writer for Mac, iPad, and iPhone: Purchases and refunds are solely handled by Apple via the App Store. Find out more about refunding App Store purchases.
Writer for Windows: Refunds are handled via Paddle. Depending on the payment method and/or card issuer policies, it may take some time before you see your refund. You can get a full refund to the original payment method if you:
- Purchased Writer within the last 30 calendar days
- Provide the receipt or proof of purchase
